    What happens after the drawing is reviewed

    A useful quotation states the agreed manufacturing and acceptance scope.

    What determines the quoted scope?

    The drawing revision, material/condition, quantity, finish, critical features and delivery needs define the review. First-piece approval and inspection records should be stated at the same time.

    Can I begin without a complete specification?

    Yes. Identify the open points in the project message. Manufacturing requirements and acceptance criteria must be agreed before production.

    When is delivery confirmed?

    After the route, quantity, finishing and approval needs have been reviewed. No automatic lead-time commitment is made by this form.

    NDA before technical files

    Discuss the parties, project scope and signing process before sharing drawings. An NDA request is separate from a signed agreement.
